You may return most items sold by WeMotivate.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. For returns initiated after 10 days, WeMotivate.com may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item’s value.
All items must be shipped to the Successories address mentioned on the shipping label, when in doubt call our customer service hotline at 1-800-30-GOALS (1-800-304-6257). All items being shipped to other addresses can not be refunded.
Items must be returned by the receiver in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs. All items are subject to a restocking fee of $4.00 per item.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
Items Not Refundable
Refunds will not be offered for the following products:
- Anything that has been personalized with a company logo
- Products that have a personalization or an engraving
- Damaged items
- Items that were not received in new and unused condition
- Items that were not received at the correct address
Products Returned After 10 days
WeMotivate.com may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item’s value for most items returned after 10 days.* These returns will be charged for the shipping cost and restocking fees listed within our Standard Returns Policy.
*This excludes products mentioned in the ‘Items Not Refundable’ category.
How to Return an Item & Return Timeframe
Please follow the steps below to initiate your return:
- Call our Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-30-GOALS (1-800-304-6257) and indicate that you would like to make a return. The customer service representative will tell you if you are eligible for a return.
- If you are eligible, then place the item you are returning back into the original box that it arrived in and ship it to the address on the shipping label. (Remember: items must be returned in new or unused condition. This includes: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc).
- After WeMotivate.com has received and reviewed your products we will issue a refund the original form of payment used for purchase (If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as in-store credit to your WeMotivate.com account.
- You can expect your refund to be issued within 2 business days once your return is received. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.
- Your refund will post to your account according to the time frame established by your financial institution.
