Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Orders usually ship in 1-4 business days. Some items require longer ship-out and/or delivery times. Personalized items generally take an extra 5-10 business days to ship. If you need a definite timeline then please call our Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-30-GOALS (1-800-304-6257).
- A business day is defined as the part of a day during which most businesses are operating and shippers are shipping, usually from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays and three-day weekends.
- All orders that are to have expedited shipping (i.e. Express Economy, Overnight next business day, Overnight Early A.M. Delivery) must be received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time to ship same day.
- We use UPS as our primary shipper, all tracking numbers beginning with ‘1Z..” can be tracked at UPS.com.
- Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are shipped.
- If an item is backordered we will notify as soon as possible.
On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Shipping Exceptions:
The items or situations below will require longer ship-out and/or delivery times.
- Customized items usually ship within 10 business days of order placement.
- Items shipped APO/FPO will normally be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5-10 business days from ship date.
- Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered
- Our Creative Visions line will take an additional 10 business days to ship.
- Orders shipped to P.O. boxes are not guaranteed to arrive by the estimated arrival dates.
- Large Orders may take longer to ship out.

International Orders
If you are placing an order to ship internationally (excluding Canada and Mexico) then please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-30-GOALS (1-800-304-6257), email gev@WeMotivate.com with your requirements, or visit our contact page to contact us. We ask you to do this because our site is not geared to calculate shipping costs to international destinations.

“I Never Received My Order”
If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-30-GOALS (1-800-304-6257) within 20 days from the ship date. Tracking information is available on most orders by going to WeMotivate.com, clicking on Customer Service, and entering in your confirmation number.
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, or sometimes behind bushes.
- Some items take longer to ship
- Items shipped to Canada, Mexico, and other international destinations often do not have tracking numbers, but will be shown as shipped.
- Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to arrive
If there is no tracking information, or you have tracked your package at UPS.com and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 4 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.

Do you offer shipping to a P.O. Box?
Most items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- If you place an order with a P.O. Box ship-to address, we will attempt to ship all items using the United States Postal Service.
- If any items within your order can not be shipped using the United States Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.
- Items shipped to a P.O. Box are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship most items to APO/FPO destinations.
- Items will usually be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 10-15 business days from the ship date.
- The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.
- Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping
